The latest update of the Premier Guarantee standards sets out the technical requirements for the design and construction of buildings covered under our warranty. 

Included in the updates are:

- A new design with an updated 'Building Parts' section - making it easier to navigate through Functional Requirements and guidance.
- 14 section updates - with updates to guidance and Functional Requirements on stages such as basements, foundations, drainage, external walls, window and roofs.
- Tech Manual user guide - new for 2020, we have introduced an online technical manual user guide helping you understand the new layout and updates to requirements.
