Clive Everett has a wealth of experience and is well known within the facade industry having held long term strategic positions at Associate and Director level within multidisciplinary engineering consultancies Gifford and Ramboll UK, and within the Contracting sector of the industry. He is a regular contributor on the board of The Centre of Window and Cladding Technology.

 

Over 18 years industry experience of which 12 years risk managing major projects.
Currently managing some of tallest multi-story residential developments in the UK. Iain is a CSSW qualified waterproofing specialist and has a keen interest in waterproofing envelope design which extends to basement waterproofing design.

 

RAM Building Consultancy are a dedicated building envelope consultant; since our foundation in the late 90s, a wide variety of building owners, specifiers, main contractors and roofing contractors have used our services to identify leaks, certify new roofs, de-water areas of entrapped water and make financial savings as a direct result.
