Over the next few pages, you will be asked questions about you and your project. To make the process smooth, we recommend you have the following:
- Information about developer and builder (or your PG registration number if you are an existing client)
- Reconstruction costs and estimated sales value
- Contact details
- Site address including postcode
- Estimated start and end dates
- If the site has ever been in administration
Our form is comprehensive so that we can give you an accurate quote that you know won’t change throughout your build.
